After seeing his short ribs, had to do them too. Haven't done beefies in awhile, so....do it. Besides, I love challenges. Wx stunk! Outside temp 2*, wind WNW @ 23, gusts to 34, wind chill -23. The Kettle did well!

Little Smoky BBQ Sauce (homemade), oven roasted fingerling spuds with EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano, and sparagas with the same seasonings.

Dang Dawg, making me hungry. I love to cook up a batch of these on the weekend and take the leftovers to work all week and tick off my chief everytime I reheat them for lunch. I even have the night shift guy call me and ask me what I was cookin' during the day that smelled so good (left him a couple last week) he has been checking out SMF and said he is lookin @ getting a smoker(another convert).
These little gems and a bowl of pintos go great together and the ones you cooked up looked great.

Might fine looking shorties. Nice looking asparagus for this time of year. Was miserable out yesterday trying to smoke.
