Has anyone ever used pear wood to smoke with and what is usually best to use with this kind of wood? I was given a very large pear tree limb and would like to be able to use it to smoke with.

It is a fruit wood so, like apple it will be mild use on fish .chicken , turkey , pork I guess any kind of meat. Make sure it is dried (aged)

Enjoy and welcome to the site
