I haven't used the Pit Barrel Cooker in over a month so I thought I would give her a little workout so she doesn't get too flabby and out of shape. Just a rack of BBs and a bird. Rubbed the ribs late last night so I could be ready to go in the morning when I woke up. I vac sealed them after rubbing them: Started with the folding shelf so I didn't have to put it in later for the quick wrap phase the ribs: The bird came out awesome as it always does on the PBC. Something about Chicken and a PBC-ummmm. Ribs looked a little dark in the pics but they were great. Not burned in the least.
