Made some pastrami a few days ago and decided to make some pastrami hash. But wait! I was all out of potatoes! What to do? Grab some seasoned curly fries out of the fridge and let them thaw. Ingredients are the seasoned curly fries, diced onion and pastrami... (Had to go light on the onions, my brother was having some of the hash and he doesn't like them) In a pan with SnP and EVOO... Fried it up with a pan pressing down on top, when it was done I did a few eggs... Served up with some rye toast and a smoked hot dog that was left from a few days ago... Everything turned out pretty darn good.
