Hi my name is pam and I live at stoney creek resort in va. Moved here in August of 2014 with my boyfriend and my 2 dogs. I absolutely love it. I bought my 1st smoker. The Bradley original. I've been experiencing some problems like the heater in box seems to only work part time. If I open and shut door when temp starts going down it usually starts to climb again. Sometimes I have to do this several times during cooking. It's like it has short in it. It's practically new and I thought heating element may be damaged so we put new one in it but it still doing same thing.
