Hi everyone. My name is Gerald and I have been smoking for less than a year. I currently use a char-griller combo grill with offset smoker box, a Brinkmann bullet (retired) and just purchased a Dyna Glo 47" vertical smoker. I love to cook. My wife and I each had gastric sleeve surgery and have lost 250 combined pounds (115 me. 135 her). And smoking food gives us another way to make food better. I have smoked cheese, turkey, peppers, etc etc. Started cold smoking with the cheese using ice to control temp. I love the science behind it as well. Looking forward to the tips and hints to help with my smoking and BBQing.
