Hey guys, new member here. From Australia and have had a weber kettle for a few months now. Not going back to gas!. Have done pulled beef and pulled pork via the snake method, lots of roasts, cold smoked salmon, brined chicken. Love it all and looking to do more low n slow smoked stuff.

Hey Mark,  Welcome to the site.  You're a man after my own heart in that I use the snake in my Weber kettle a lot, and for most of the things you mention as well.

We all love photos of smoke projects, even if we've seen a hundred of them so don't hesitate to post some up.
