*Disclaimer* I would not be oven baking ribs if I had the choice. It is embarrassing to even post this, but I am desperate.
I have been living in Seoul for a year and a half and left my smoker in storage because I knew I'd have no place to smoke at. I have occasionally had ribs at restaurants and they just are never as good as mine (read Jeffs).
So, with all that said, I need to make my own damn ribs, even if it is in the oven. Can you guys offer up some good methods? I have seen as simple as just wrap in foil and leave it in for 3 hours at 350. What's the consensus?
