hey guys and gals finally saying hello.im from mass and have bean smoking for a couple years.im now smoking with a propane smoker masterbuilt xl capacity.have had real good results and find the smoker real easy to regulate temp.plus alot of room so i can make enough to fead a small crowd or have enough leftovers for lunch all week.really like this site and have piked up some great info and recipes.
