Out with the old, in with the smoke

    Hello to all, this is my first post as a new member...  I have be hunting and preparing all things grill-able for decades...  This is my first full season with a smoker...  I found my Fathers old smoker last years in the barn...  After dusting it off and some researcher I was soon off smoking jerky...  Two days ago I smoked ribs, my wife and I agree then where some of the best we have ever made...  This season should taste great...

    Welcome to the board! Post pics of the smoker!  There must be a lot of "barn find" smokers waiting out there.
     
  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

    Welcome to SMF Sirwill88.  Good looking ribs!  You've just ruined yourself on ever eating ribs at a restaurant again.  Before long your favorite BBQ place will wonder where the heck you went.
