Oriental Sheet Metal Co Gas Smoker

  1. Hi All,

    My first post.

I received a used smoker from a friend that has no documentation on use.  It is a two burner smoker about 24' wide, 31" deep, and 56" high.  It has two perforated removable boxes that I presume are for wood chips.  There is a 6" hole on top with a removable cover which looks to be used a a damper.  It has four racks inside used with hooks to hang meat.

    Plate on the door:

    Oriental Sheet Metal Co.

332 Littlefield Ave.. So. San Francisco. Ca. 94080

I'm looking for any information on this unit that may be out there.
