Hello from the Pacific Northwest. I just recently bought one of the Masterbuilt Pro smokers after having an offset for many years.  I found myself using the offset less and less after I bought a propane grill, I guess I just got lazy.  So the dual fuel Pro suits me just fine.  I have already learned a ton from all the great tips here, my first ribs this past weekend were some of the most tender and tasty I've ever prepared thanks to the folks here.  I'm looking forward to learning more and hopefully I can help someone else in the future.

Take Care,

Ted
