Hoping to get some opinions from my fellow Que'rs who have Bradley smokers with the bisquettes.  I almost always use the mesquite bisquettes when doing ribs (I believe I have done hickory once).  I always use the 3-2-1 method and for me they are delicious but the wife wishes there was a little less smoke flavor to them.  What flavors would you possibly recommend for ribs?  Here are the flavors based on Bradleys website:

Alder

Apple

Cherry

Hickory

Jim Beam

Maple

Mesquite

Oak

Pacific Blend

Pecan

Special Blend

Whiskey Oak

I have mostly gone over the A-MAZE-N Pellet smoker and don't use the pucks so much anymore but when I do, I like the pecan for ribs and any pork. I find it gives a nice smoke flavour without the sharp taste of hickory. It was the best for ribs IMHO. On the other hand, She Who Must Be Obeyed liked cherry saying she liked the lighter smoke flavour.

However, that is asking what is your favourite colour. You are going to get a lot of different answers.

Thanks Disco, really appreciate your opinion.  I will try the Pecan and the Cherry and see what I and "She Who Must be Obeyed" thinks.  LOL got a chuckle out of that.

I also shortened smoke duration for my wife who doesn't like strong smoke.

As for She Who Must Be Obeyed, it comes from a great book, "She" by Ryder Haggard. The missus actually spoils me rotten and has to be obeyed only because she is smarter than me.

I'd love to see a post of your ribs some time. What can I say, I am food junkie.

All of the plain wood varieties except hickory should have a lighter flavor than the mesquite.  Not sure about the blends.  Many people like fruit woods for pork.

You could alternate bisquettes in your stack as well.  Stack mesquite-apple-mesquite-apple...  or what ever combo you come up with.  Just write down how you stacked them so you can get leftovers back in the correct boxes.
