Hello everyone. My name is Cory and I reside in Baltimore, Ontario Canada. I am fairly new to using my smoker but love every minute of it. I own a cookmaster propane smoker and am very happy with results. Looking forward to seeing everyones pictures and stories of their own smoke successes!

Welcome Cory, the search bar at the top of the page is a great resource here.  Have a question/problem and need a quick answer?  Just search it.  Feel free to post any question you have and someone will be along shortly to help you.

Thanks Bear55 good info! I also forgot to mention that I am an avid angler and hunter so my outdoor bounty will also be part of my smoking trials and tribulations.

Cory,
Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it then smoked it.

Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.

Always remember the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!
GO BUCKS!!
Keep Smokin!!!

Glad to hear from you guys. I smoked some beautiful bacon wrapped pork tenderloin yesterday turned out beautifully moist and tender! When I figure out how to post pics I will do it on my next smoke.
