  1. Hello All,

This is a great forum and I finally got around to joining it!  Appreciate all of the recipe advice and tips on here!

I bought a Blazn Gridiron last year and haven't looked back from my propane days.  Its a wonderful unit and I enjoy learning on it every smoke.

Lookin' forward to chatting with folks around here.

  8. Always wonderful learning from a group that has been there and done that!  And the different styles of Q from all over the Country, makes for great insight into certain flavors or techniques that you have never tried around home..

Yep it's not only different styles of finished product, it's also a LOT of different equipment used in a lot of ways to make a good product.

  10. What I find the most impressive are those who build their own pits, those are quite the invention of the mind!  I don't quite have those skills, so I'm always amazed at what people can build and put together for the purpose of smoking..
