Hello everyone, Ive been lurking on this forum for sometime and finally decided and made my smoker purchase. I got a dry rub recipe from here and I currently have my first smoked meat in the smoker. Here is my question. From everything I read I could not find how much wood chips to use. According to the manufacturer manual they said dont soak them in water and only use a handful. Its been about 45 minutes and i opened up the smoker and I can smell the smoke but not see it. Is this ok? Thanks all!!!!
