Howdy from the Texas Hill Country! Been a griller and smoker for years, only recently did I think about the fact there might be an online community about it. Sometimes I'm a little slow. Haven't smoked commercially (at least not yet), but have cooked for from 2 to 200. This looks like a really friendly place - lookin' forward to chatting with you all, sharing ideas and techniques, helping newcomers, and just talkin about that thin, blue smoke.
