Hello SMF, I'm Brian or Bruiser, your choice...bruiser is the nickname I earned on my 38th skydive about 10 years ago and it stuck.

I'm from Omaha Ne. but I've lived in the Channel Islands since 2006.

I have grilled on a weber kettle since I was knee high to a grass hopper but only started smoking in the last few months. Still on my kettle...can't smoke a lot on it but my wife has the debilitating condition know as vegetarianism, so everything I smoke is all mine.

My last smoke was a 6+ kg pork shoulder (they don't seem to know what a Boston butt is here), that smoked for 22 hrs -maybe a bit long but it sure was moist and tender.
Looking forward to learning more about smoking.
Cheers
Bruiser
