I did a 4-camera video of a wedding as a gift, and the bride groom liked it so much that they gave me a MES 30" as a gift. This is better than money!
I live in Carmel Valley on the Monterey Peninsula, and we have great weather year-round, so I should be able to smoke all the time.
I still have to figure out how to get the wires from my remote thermometers out of the box. I've seen that some people run them out the vent.
