hello all, i've been gone a long time but made it back. i'm down here in texas city, texas. i drive a boat on the houston ship channel. i cook on a 55 gallon drum and 5 gallon beer keg. i love to ride my motorcycle to little out of the way places and checking out good down home music.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

First off welcome back Capt. Dave it's nice to have you back I hope for awhile too. We always like to here from old members cause you still have alot of very good infomation and recipes to offer. So enjoy the new place and I cann't wait fot your input on some of my smokes. And another question have you ever run into Capt. Dan out on the waters of texas or louiseania. Just kidding.
