Old Fuel Oil Tankers?

Hello everybody, I'm Tipp from Macomb Michigan.
I want to thank everbody for being here, and i hope to learn a few things from you and share a fews things of mine. My Daddy was a good pit man from York Alabama, And I got my start from him.
My question is about old fuel oil tanks. Safe or Not?
