Hey guys    Im new to the forum.  Just picked up an Old Country Pecos smoker.   I only cook once a month or so and it seemed to be well reviewed and of decent quality.  Got a great deal on it.   Just curious what modifications are pretty standard with these.  I have built a couple fires so far to see how well it holds heat and I can tell that I'm losing some smoke around the cooking box and fire box.   What material or product do you use to seal yours?   Any pictures would be much appreciated.   Thanks in advance

Hey there, if you type Old Country Wrangler into the search box you will find a wealth of info on mods and tips that will apply to the the pecos as well. The wrangler just seems a little more popular around here.
