Selling my Old country 16' portable smoker. This smoker built by Old Country in Laredo, TX. in 2009. Smoker will hold 22 large briskets or 96 full St. Louis style cut slabs of ribs. 9 slabs to one stainless rack. I am getting another one built and cannot keep two. Smoker is in excellent shape and does on heck of a job. Made me look good many times. One of the hinges on the fire box door needs to be re-welded and a couple of the internal rails need a little work, although not show stoppers. Trailer lights work all the way around. Pulls like a dream, well balanced. Tires are great. Used primarily for Boy Scout events. Registration is current. A copy of the registration will be supplied with bill of sale. This trailer does not need to be inspected per the new Texas trailer inspection rules. Trailer is located in Mesquite, Texas. Must see to Appreciate. More pictures available if requested.
