Has anyone, or is it possible to leave the fridge intact as far as being able to cool the chamber?
I would like to pipe the smoke in using a amnts, and use the compressor to keep the chamber at 40* or slightly lower for cold smoking bacon. I realize it will run quite a bit, am I nuts?
