My name is Paul, I have been smoking for several years, using Weber, Charbroil, and electric. I finally decided to step into the big time, and bought a Yoder Loaded Wichita. My specialty is NC pulled pork (eastern style). In Ohio we have over cooked, over sauced , Yankee bbq. I hope to bring true bbq to the Great Lakes.
