Good afternoon members. I'm new to the site and am looking forward to gleaning some ideas for creating great BBQ. I have a new 30" Masterbuilt Sportsman Edition electric smoker, a variety of wood chips, and a freezer full of beef, pork, and chicken. I'm a novice hunter that is hoping to add some wild game meats to the mix too. I've been grilling for years with a preference for charcoal, but typically resort to my CharBroil Big Easy 3 burner propane grill out of convenience.

Welcome to the forum smoke signal. Glad to have you with us! Feel free to ask any questions as all are happy to help you produce great food!
