Ok so I'll chime in while the grill is heating up.
Been grillin, bbq'in and smoking for about seven years now. Mostly backyard but I have cooked for family get togethers and me and my bro did around 75 lbs of beef, pork and chicken for a football game. Other than that I'm just the family chef.
Equip:
Weber Genesis Silver grill
Horizontal smoker w/ side box from Lowes (it's a big fat barrel)
A smokey Mountain vertical propane smoker (makes killer jerkey and hams)

Upcoming Project:
Wood fired pizza oven/ bbq/ grill/ vertical smoker combination

Pit bbq made from a section of manhole pipe with manhole cover..
think about it..

Thanx for the great welcome!

Manholes are hard to come by if they aren't already stuck in the ground. The ones that are not are terribly expensive. i shure would like to be the only man on the block with his own Sewer-Q if ya know what i mean. I'll post up somewhere if and when I get that project going.
