Sorry for the not focused pictures. But we weren't waiting to take more.

    Excellent meat.

If that is a green bean casserole, now we really know it is Christmas!

    Good luck and good smoking.

You guys really know how to do Christmas!

I had company who liked medium well meat.  They got rib eye steaks so the rest of us could get medium rare.

The rib roast I originally bought for Christmas will be for New Years.  Also, I didn't get any green bean casserole, so that will be with the New Years meal, also. I should have added that we also need some Hoppin John for good luck.

We might manage some home made rolls.  Bassman are you out there?  Apple pie and ice cream probably won't be home made.

    Great job for Christmas, Brian!

    Good luck and good smoking.

Everything look delicioulis to. Now did you make the table it all sat on too. That would be the only thing that isn''t home made. Great Job.

Ross you are right that you can't beat PR. Im doing another one for New Years.

I just realized that I didn't take a picture with the sauteed onions in it. So I had those too.
