Just thought I would say hello! My name is Christian I live in Marietta OH. I work on computer networks for a living, I like to

play in the mud with my Jeep and really anything outdoors. Cooking is a passion of mine and i just got into smoking........

you all know how that turns out. I have had an older Brinkman Pit master smoker, its on its second coat of grill paint ready for another.

I would really like to retire this smoker to deer camp and move on to something better. I can smoke with it pretty good, I have only smoked brisket and butts on it. But would like to try other things. Fish and cheese! Sausage maybe. Thats why im here. From what I have read seems like a great crowd!
