Hitting the bumper crop time of year for jalapeños, and I wanted to try something new. I've used bread crumbs and hash browns in ABTs before, and wanted to try a new "base" recipe while I had some ribs on today. Blue cheese crumbles and steel cut oats stuffed into the little guys made a nice little crunch on the top! I'll work on adding some taste to the recipe in the future, but was pretty pleased with the way they came out. The oats seemed to have absorbed all the cheese grease.
