Hey all,

I am new to the smoking scene here in Twinsburg, Ohio.

I currently have a 40 inch Masterbuilt Electric Smoker which I am certainly getting used to learn the tendencies of it.  I know, electric is cheating, but I thought it would take some of the guess work out of it considering I have two kids that demand my time.  :)

Looking forward to reading new recipes and techniques to help make my skills improve.  So far, I have had no complaints with anything from family and friends.

Welcome to the board! Plenty of electrics here, use the Search to look up your smoker to see what others have been doing with them.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Nothing wrong with electric.
Happy smoken.
