nwebie to the site... not smoker cooking

  1. What's up! I'm KevinCanada. From...Canada. Ontario, Thorold to be exact. between St. Catharines and Niagara Falls. I have and off set barrel wood and charcoal smoker. Just replaced my little one of about 9 years with a beast of one for 74 bucks u.s.

    I usually only use maple cherry and apple wood as that is what is available to me. I only like to use logs, as chips are too much work and not enough heat or smoke is produced for me.
