Hi, my name is Doc and I'm a smoking nube.

A couple of years ago I was given a charcol smoker and have used it a few times. While the meat turned out fine, it was a real hassle as it never seemed to get hot enough and adding more charcol was a real pain. After a month of searching for a natural gas smoker without any luck, Ms. Doc bought me Landmann LP gas smoker from Bass Pro Shop for Christmas. I have a monster NG barbeque and want to convert the smoker LP to NG. I'm also interested in finding out more about smoking in general. Looks like I stumbled onto the right spot.
