I live in the Phoenix AZ area for a little over 20 years now. I started out about 50 years ago with a Little Chief that I used for ribs and salmon from lake Michigan. Since moving to Arizona I bought a New Braunfels wood fired smoker which I have use quite a bit. I recently bought an electric Masterbuilt and love it. I have smoked ribs and a pork shoulder in the past 2 weeks. I am going to do brisket this weekend. I am looking forward to all the info this site has to offer because you are never too old to learn.
