Hi Folks:

Thanks for the opportunity to join the forum. I am from Olney, Maryland, USA and love anything to do with outdoor cooking. While I have been grilling seriously for about 35 years with some side trips using wet wood chips to add smoke flavor I am just this past year getting into using a smoker. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain as a starter and since April have had mixed results with smoking. I hope to improve my knowledge and skills.

Thanks again

Dude! Your starter is a WSM? NICE!!!

Once you get your timing and technique down you'll be turning out awesome Q in no time!

I'd recommend using the search feature to look up recipes and similar cooks that you will be planning.

Also, join the WSM forum section for us fellow weber nuts! If you're so inclined look into building yourself a mini WSM for smaller cooks.
