Hello all, my name is Greg and I'm new to the smoking world. I currently reside in East Lansing, MI. Last year (September) i bought my self a Smoke Hollow 38" gas smoker. I haven't found as much time to use it as I would have like over the last year (long winter, very busy summer). I have smoked salmon twice (both batches came out great), and have done a pork tenderloin a couple of times earlier this year in the spring. Now that summer has ended and I have a little more free time, I will be jumping back into it before winter hits. I have browsed the forums many times here and have come across lots of ideas and advice. Thank you all and I look forward to chatting with you all. I'll be smoking some baby backs this weekend for some friends. I will post some photos and let you all know how they came out. Smoke On!!
