Hello all. My name is Chris and I currently live in clarksville, TN. I am in the Army, 11 years and counting. I first started smoking about 2 1/2 years ago and been trying new things ever since. There is a lot that I have tried and failed so I am coming for some seasoned advice. As well as share any experience I have. I feel we all can learn something new at any point in time. As of right now I have a Charbroil smoker that I have gotten accustomed too. However to do have the desire to build my own in the near future. The one thing I smoke the most is ribs. I have done a pork loin a couple times, some chicken quarters, and going to go my first whole chicken tomorrow. I look forward to meeting new people and maybe getting together with some at a future time.
