Hey everyone, My name is Josh and I've been monitoring the forum for some time but never got around to posting an intro. I'm in Northern VA and have worked with a charcoal kettle grill, MES 30, and a MES propane cabinet smoker. Still honing my skills after grilling for a year but my most favorite thing to smoke is actually bacon. I recently bought an a-maze-n smoker (based on posts from SMF) for my electric smoker, haven't really had the chance to try it yet but I'm hoping to soon! I have a few friends who I've referred to the page and are hoping to start a business in the area making bbq. Keep the helpful tips coming!
