'nother good use for leftover smoked pork roast

  1. Leftover smoked pulled pork roast converted to fried rice...



    fry up the rice and onion.....

    .

    a lil soy sauce and seasonings.....


    the scrambled egg.....


    time for that smokey tasty pork and the peas......

    ¬†annnnd, dinner is served. Great twist on classic chinese. The smokey meat adds a unique and delicious treat to fried rice [​IMG]

    Looks good.

    Maybe some noodles with some noodles with it?
