NOt two days of fun!!!

    Well it started out on Friday 7 am and started the coals up. Using lump coal. OK good Nite before we made up Jef's Rub and rub the Butt with bone. IN the refrigerator for a rest.
    About 7:45 butt into the smoker.. probes in and temp starting to register. closed the smoker down both input and out put side to try to hold the temp around 230-250 or so.
    looking around 9:00am temp regulate.

    Next morn ready to smoke

    2Hr"s in or so

    Now we jump to the next day..Problem.. Stall time this butt stalled for 4 hrs and at 8:00pm pulled from the smoker(275 or so) and into the oven at 325. 1/2 hr later started to move again to 200 at 10:15 or so. turned off the oven and went to bed.

    Butt in the morning.

    Pulled and at the end of Saturday (party day) most gone!

    Also did ribs and chicken legs and thigh but no pictures was battling 20-30 mi hr winds. all was enjoyed by all but did not have time running around keeping things going to do pic. sorry

    Well the stall time on the butt (about 4 1/2 hrs). Did know it would stall for 4 plus hrs.
    Trying to keep the wind away from the smokers and grill to get the rest of the food cooked. YES the party was great.

    I called it Pre Pron dinner as the G. daughters and their dates and parents, to get pictures, came before the prom 8:00pm
