But new to the forum. I have been reading it for a week now and thought I would jump in, seems like a nice group here. I currently have no smoker since my Brinkman burned out the second element, I just threw it away.

I will be getting a Master Built from Sam's for home and may be opening a smoking bussiness in Utah in the future.

Looking forward to learning more from the folks here.

I had a Rib Joint in Wisconsin years ago and was honored to be chosen by Bon' Appetit magazine to publish my recipe, then in their hard covered book. I didn't smoke in those days, just slow cooked them. There is a very funny story here. Maybe later.

Welcome to the SMF, looking forward to your next smoke and Q View too!

Welcome to the forum and good luck in your future endeavor!

Hey Ron welcome to the forum, you wont find a more supportive crowd. There is a lot of smoking knowledge floating around in here. The great thing is that people here are willing to share it. Again Welcome.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I want to learn from you guys and pass on anything I can to you. I'll get out my Bon Appetit recipe and post it. But there is a funny story attached to it.

Thanks again,
Ron

I need to figure out how to scan it from the book, I found it but scanner is not friendly. Hope to get it soon.
