Not Dead....

.....my brain just feels that way.


You may have wondered where I disappeared to for the last couple months. Well, I am at the mid-term point of a very long semester filled with 18 credit hours of book cracking fun! So far I am maintaining a solid "B" average overall, but it has not been easy.

My average day consists of sleep, study, attend class, eat, attend class, eat, study, sleep....repeat. It sucks and is a real sanity buster, but this semester is the hump I need to get over in order to get my pre-req's 90% completed and back in the ranks of the working fools till I get accepted into the nursing program where the real fun will begin.

I hope y'all can forgive me for not checking in and missing some of the SMF get togethers.

Glad to see you are taking a break! You can always get a little favortism from the teacher if you bribe 'em with a perfect pulled pork sandwich! Keep up the good work ......... it will be worth your efforts.

Stay focused. I'm sure things will get easier. I have wondered where you were, but knew you'd be back. Get through that schooling and that job upgrade will seem quite easy.

My son is also working full time and doing 3 or 4 classes at night. It will/has paid off.
