Good evening from Chatsworth, GA. My name is Brad and I am an elementary school teacher and coach. New to the forum and fairly new to the World of Smoking.  Bought a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 a couple of months ago. Switched it over to Natural Gas. I have been experimenting with smoking different meats. Started out smoking a pork tenderloin. It turned out great. Next smoked ribs...didnt get the flavor I wanted. Smoked a turkey..very good. Now I am getting ready to smoke a Boston Butt. Joined forum to learn more, ask questions, and get help with problems. Thanks for your expertise and friendship.

Brad, welcome to SMF!  Start reading the threads and you'll get a wealth of information for turning out fantastic pulled pork.  The butt/shoulder is the most forgiving cut of meat on the pig so just let it do its thing with the rub you add.

Have fun and keep us posted how it turns out!
