Hi everyone. I'm really new to all this smoking stuff but have read & read and think I'm ready! I have an electric (MES) and Sunday I'll be putting in my very first meat, a 7 lb pork butt. (scared to death but guessing we can always order Pizza!!)

I'm in High Point, NC but originally a Michigan girl.
