New guy just learning about smoking. Picked up my user name from my fishing buddy who got me into smoking fish and some meats but after seeing this site I know I can learn a lot more.

Welcome to SMF.  One thing I miss about Ca. is Striper fishing in the Delta around Stockton.  Spent 20 years in Modesto and glad to be the heck outta there!

Fish that area quite often. Picked up kokeani fishing this year and had a blast. I bet that is some of the best smoking fish out there.

Boss...3 plinys, 3 pig.... Also have 3 beers on tap ... 2 commercial , 1 home brew .... Right now I have Moylan's session IPA. And Moylan's Hopsicle tripel IPA. , and a Green Flash West Coast IPA clone homebrew
