Hi all. I just got my first smoker. Bradley digital. So far I've made meatloaf. Candied salmon and tonight im smoking farmer sausage and stuffed mushrooms. It's been so much fun. Im a dairy herdsman/milker in BC. Can't wait to get the cold smoke attachment and try smoking my own cheese!
