I have smoke in my eyes, out here in Northern California.

I have been retired from driving truck, for ten years now. I have been cookiing with cast iron pots(dutch ovens) for a few years. But I just got a new Smoker last month. I have always wanted to be able to smoke my own fish, for years.I hope to gather knowledge from this site and post my progress.

So far all I have done is half a dozen turkey legs. They turned out real good. Now it is time to move on to some Pork Butt. Hope to find some reciepes and hints as how to do it up right.

Off to the search now.
