Hey all! My name is Roy and a couple weeks ago I went to Texas on business, tried their BBQ and decided we weren't living right in NJ. So I bought a Brinkmann Smoke n' Grill charcoal smoker and figured I would try my hand at it. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm a somewhat competent cook so I'm hoping for the best, although I'm off to a head-scratching start. I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions and I know I have a lot to learn. It's nice to say "Hi" to y'all and I'd like to thank you all in advance for your help.
