Hello, I haven't used my Brinkman smoke and grill in many years. I just moved to a new city and state and the Brink has been staring at me every time I come into the garage, lol. So, I have a couple beef shoulders in the freezer and decided it's time to give it another try. I found this site looking for tips/tricks to getting the job done right. Looks like a great place to get great info.
