Hello everyone my name is Mike. I am 39 years old and have been smoking meat on various types of smokers for around 15 years. I look forward to learning some new tricks from some folks on here.
I use a barrel type smoker(right now), and now thanks to this site I am currently obsessed with cheap cuts of beef. The eye of round I made Sunday was unbelievably good, although I only found 1 source that said it was possible(here). I have always specialized in dry rubbed pork,branching off into mopped chicken,now beef.
